The Fauerbach Mansion

The Fauerbach Mansion was built in 1902 as the grand residence of the Henry Fauerbach family, well known for their brewery which was located on Blount street. The house was designed by well-known Madison architects Conover & Porter. The building was extensively remodeled in 2024 and features elaborate woodwork, elegant light fixtures, high ceilings, hardwood floors, deluxe kitchens, in-unit laundry and modern electrical, heating and cooling systems. The Orton Park neighborhood is one of the most desirable destinations in Madison.
